Sooooooo..I tried the whole meal planning thing and I sucked at it! Firstly, I found it very hard to make more than 2 days at a time. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t like leftovers or what, but it just did not work for me. My first mistake was not having enough tupperware to go further than 3 days. My second one is that I really wasn’t into it. So I just stepped in to say that my meal planning challenge has come to an end, but my work out plan hasn’t!
